The Feldenkrais MethodTM: Taught in small groups and individual sessions, it involves movement lessons and hands-on techniques that:

  • Bring awareness to inefficient movement patterns that lead to aches and pains.
CranioSacral Techniques: Gentle pressure eases restrictions in joints and soft tissue, often reducing discomfort from stress, migraines, neck and back pain.

Swiss Ball Classes: A fun workout that can be varied from easy to difficult. The ball's unstable surface
  • Challenges your to use your body's central or core muscles for balance and stability.
  • Helps improve performance, function, strength and agility.
